- All wire terminations are torque to manufactures specifications
- Any #12 Aluminum (AL) wires are spliced with a copper wire using an Alumiconn lug. Then the copper wire is landed in the terminal. Smaller gauge AL wires have a tendency to get loose and create a hazard. An Alumiconn lug coats the wire with a chemical so the AL wire will not react with the air and then you torque the wires in place so you know they are tight but not over tightened.
- We do not leave holes in your walls. We do a low quality, quick, sheet rock repair (if our installation needs it) for free.
- We use COPPER wire for all wires that are replaced or extended.
We do professional installations. We take pride in our work.
Below is information about the top of line panel 123 Electric offers.
This Panel is a Square D by Schneider Electric QO panel.
- One of the many qualities of this panel is there is a little window below the lever on the circuit breaker that turns red when it trips. Most panels when the circuit breaker trips the lever moves just a little bit and it can be hard to tell which of the circuit breakers has tripped. Not with this panel, like I said the window is red below the lever when it trips. So if it does not reset you know for sure it is time to call an electrician.
- An other nice thing is this is a commercial grade panel.
- Certification and warranties:
- ANSI certified
- UL listed 1- UL listed
- Lifetime manufacture warrantee
More things I really like about this panel:
- Copper tinned busing for less resistance which equals less heat.
- Even the tandem circuit breakers have the little windows that turn red if they trip.
- We do not leave holes in your walls. We do a low quality, quick, sheet rock repair (if our installation needs it) for free.
- The main breaker assembly is bolted to the buss with two 1/4″ bolts.
- Some other panels have one little tiny bolt securing the Main circuit breaker.
- The Main circuit breaker has its own set of terminals that it lands on. This is a very safe and an effective way to mount the Main Circuit Breaker.
- Some other panels share the terminals for the main circuit breaker with other loads. This can over load those terminals.
